Support Assistent

PoultryPlan develops and markets management software for the egg, and meat chain in the international poultry market. Our clients are large-scale farmers, (semi)-integrators and chain partners. We offer an innovative Cloud-based software package that provides insight into all relevant data within the poultry farm or poultry integration. One system that analyses performance, compares it and detects problems early via a personalised dashboard.

What will you do?

As a Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers on support requests, mainly by phone. You will help customers who get stuck with our software, answer questions on usage, and identify bugs.

You are also responsible for the roll-out and implementation of new software versions and providing training to customers. It is important that you have technical knowledge to access our customers' systems, as our software runs on their servers.
