PoultryPlan is proud to announce a new partnership with Svensk Fågel, the leading industry organization for Swedish poultry producers, to deliver a digital platform that will enhance data-driven decision-making and streamline operations across the entire value chain.
As part of this collaboration, PoultryPlan—together with its OptiBroiler module—will be integrated into Svensk Fågel’s existing production system, TUPPEN. The solution is designed to automate data collection, improve production process efficiency, and provide clear, actionable insights through enhanced reporting tools.
By adopting PoultryPlan’s platform, Svensk Fågel is taking a major step toward modernizing its operations and supporting a more sustainable, proactive industry approach. The system enables smarter analysis of production results and ensures that members have access to real-time, relevant data to continuously improve performance.
The project covers the full implementation lifecycle—from installation and configuration to development, testing, and phased rollout. Key milestones include the approval of the OptiBroiler module, customization of reports, and importing of historical production data. Once completed, the solution will be available to all Svensk Fågel members.

The project is being delivered in close collaboration between PoultryPlan and Svensk Fågel, with a dedicated steering group established to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. The first phase is expected to be completed within 25 weeks.
